Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-3 business days. There may slight delays in processing and shipping during weekends and holidays.

During high-demand periods such as festival seasons, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We partner with trusted third-party delivery service Delhivery for pan India Shipping to ensure your orders reach you safely. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. How ever there can be certain delays due to unexpected problems in the tune of an extra 3-4 days taking the total shipping time to 11 days. 
  • Express Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Festival Season Delays

During festive seasons and high-demand periods, you may experience longer processing and shipping times due to the increased volume of orders. We recommend placing your orders well in advance during these periods to avoid delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping option you choose and the destination of the order.

We mostly offer FREE SHIPPING for a better experience for our customers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India We are working on expanding our services and will notify you when international shipping becomes available.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, etc.), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
